You will need to purchase the book Joy Starts Here: The Transformation Zone by E. James Wilder et. al., a link to which is on our RESOURCES page.
You will also need a journal, Bible and pen.
Our schedule incorporates the rhythm of Joy & Quiet, a concept at the heart of a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. We will break for a week in the middle of our module, skipping October 18 after 5 weeks of meetings and then reconvening on October 25 for the remaining 5 weeks.
